Sheela, 20, misses the way her mom used to act, but ever since last year when her dad died, her mom has become very angry. She'll start shouting for no reason whatsoever and is just plain mean. She asks how she can get her old mom back.

Valerie is 30, mother of three. Recently, after her sister's death, she took in her sister's children. The problem is her husband -- all he does is sleep, play World of Warcraft and eat all the food. Though he tells her he's looking for a job, she doubts it. Not only does she not trust him, she's starting to hate him and no longer wants to be married. She wishes she could just get a divorce and get him out of her life, but she doesn't know how to go about it. She thinks maybe she should just stay and deal with it, that maybe he will grow up and change.

A year ago, when Shelby was 18, she was forced to get an abortion by her father. Years before he insisted she work instead of seeking help for her bulimia, which she eventually overcame on her own. Now dad has run out on the family, and she has frequent dreams/nightmares of saving babies, but she never gets to them in time. She is working and supporting her mom, and needs help coping with her feelings. Do you have words of support?

Stacey had a son. At 17 he was diagnosed with testicular cancer, and by current protocol measures, had a 90 percent chance for full recovery. However, her husband refused traditional medical treatment and was obsessed that an organic and holistic diet would cure him. It did not, and he died. Now she is left angry and wanting to spread the word of her story. Do you believe in modern medicine?

Annie is concerned about her dad. An accomplished surgeon, he gets very angry, often. She thinks it's because of his troubled past. Raised by a single alcoholic father, he had to help support the family. His mom, who was banished from the home, shot herself. She wants to help her dad put the past behind him, but he won't talk about it and he clearly feels guilty. How can she help?

My 33 month old baby boy drowned a few months ago. I don't know how to live with the guilt and failure. I love my children dearly, but I am having to come to terms with the fact that loving them isn't enough to make me a good mother.
