Rosemarie is 67, and her husband is 74. Married for 40 years, he suddenly began imagining that she is cheating on him. Now, when they are in the car together, he swears the driver next to them gave her a message; the bus driver flashed his lights to signal her and guys are always looking. He refuses to get help, because he doesn't think he has a problem. She can't keep living like this, but she feels so sorry for him. Do you know what's wrong with her husband?

Russell's father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's dementia years ago. Yet, two months before he passed away he signed an absurd will that made no sense. He wants to know if he can argue the 'of sound mind' clause in the will to get it reversed. Is it hard to get a will overturned?

My 78 year old mom is taking care of my 78 year old dad, who has Alzheimer's. Besides the usual symptoms, he flies into rages, usually aimed at mom. Is he doing this for attention?

For about six months out of the year she is stable enough to live on her own, but still not able to leave the house without someone with her.

I would like for him to see someone in order to have his medications evaluated, as I don't believe they are working at all.

She can't do her daily activities, like bathing, eating and such. To make matters worse, she fears someone is watching her.

She has become extremely depressed and even becomes very melancholy, reminiscing over memories of her childhood.

Typically, the sudden onset of a condition like this after a loss is depression and should be treated as such.

Three of us have told him that we don't feel like it is our money. He was the one who saved and sacrificed, and it is indeed his money.

When he makes inappropriate remarks to someone or uses vile language, should I ignore it?

The nursing facility is changing their status and getting rid of the beds for Alzheimer's, and I was told to move my mother  out.

One of the biggest concerns is that grandmother is still aware on some level of what is going on with her behavior and the  helplessness.

Could my father's symptoms of dementia  be caused by his stroke and not Alzheimer's?

There is some research indicating that an impaired sense of smell may be an early symptom of Alzheimer's disease.
