Barbara Doesn't Want To See A Psychiatrist

Barbara is overcoming breast cancer. Despite the pain, a psychologist says she's in great mental shape. She had a setback, and her GP prescribed a short stint of Adderall. She did great on the drug, and she asked him to prescribe it regularly, but he refused, saying she needed to see a psychiatrist for the medication. She doesn't want a psychiatrist because mentally she is fine! She's ready to take this case and her doctor to the California Medical Board for refusing her medication. What's the problem here?

My Doctor Cannot Control My Pain

I have had little difficulty receiving treatment for my injuries until the 90's, when I began to see disturbing trends in the medical profession.
