His performance became less productive, and he lost his job. Desperate, he fell for a telephone scam and lost everything. Now he's blaming the medication for his actions, and filed a claim with the medical board. Can the med be to blame?

Sylvia cares for her brother who suffered a traumatic brain injury 25 years ago in a motorcycle accident. She wonders why he never finishes anything -- he almost finishes a box of tissue, he almost finishes up the bottle of ketchup, he almost finishes watching a movie or television show. Almost, almost, almost! She finds it interesting and irritating, and wonders if it's due to his accident. What do you think?

Mike scored high on five of the traits in 'Better Than Normal'. He liked my book, BUT says I don't give enough specific advice to those with the traits and combos of traits. He also thinks words can hurt, and says we should never say "disorder" rather, "condition". Do you agree that words carry that much power?

Judy's husband of 40 years is 65, and suddenly has uncontrollable diarrhea. His doctor offered him adult diapers, but no other solution or attempt to find out why this problem started. He refuses to wear the diapers, and she feels she can't return to some places because of his accidents. Daniel doesn't take care of himself. He doesn't shower or brush his teeth. He might think about it, but that's the problem - he just thinks about it and rarely does it. He also has psoriasis and hasn't addressed that either. He asks, is this is a psychological disorder? What say you -- psychological problem or is he just plain lazy?

Ed is a Vietnam veteran who contracted hepatitis C during those days from shooting up drugs. Now he is in pain, his liver is failing and he's having to wait for a VA appointment. He realizes he made mistakes and blames no one but himself, but it's still so hard. Do you have some words of encouragement for him?

Michael has always suffered from pain around his temples. He has been diagnosed bipolar and is on medication. He had surgery and all pain left him when they administered morphine. No surprise there! The pain disturbs his daily tasks and he has resorted to smoking and drinking to get him through. He's feeling drained, with no social life after work, and wants an opinion. I gave mine, any ideas?

Michael needs verification from a psychiatrist to support his lawsuit against ABC, Inc. for using his name without permission. He's asking for five hundred million dollars for his damaged mental health. Is this merely a frivolous lawsuit?
