I am a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership and am writing my dissertation on School Leadership Characteristics In High Achieving/High Poverty Schools.
I read most of your book, 'Better Than Normal,' and I started to think I'd like to use the personality traits that you describe to better explain successful school leaders. I would like to talk to you about your research and get some advice on how to best conduct my research.
