Sally Anne is addicted to fast food. Any time she's in her car, she is compelled to grab a drive in meal, sometimes two or three times a day. Sometimes she'll buy an entire meal, take a bite of each item and throw the rest away. Then she cries about it, but still can't stop it. She wants to know what can she do about this. Thoughts?

Lee finds that she has an addiction, not to alcohol or drugs, but to sugar. She asks how she can stop allowing sugar to consume her life. She is fine if she doesn't eat it, but one bite will send her into a feeding frenzy. Advice for Lee? Have you ever heard of this?

Gwen had a work related injury, and now is at the age of retirement. Being in a small community, she often finds herself alone. Her doctor has her on antidepressants, but now she finds that she eats all day long and is gaining weight. How can she stop this destructive behavior?

I suffered a motorcycle accident in April of 2009, and I have not been able to recover from it, mentally or physically.

Reality TV is actually doing some good, as far as I'm concerned, with its focus on addiction.

I have worked for years in the addiction field. I started my professional career in treatment, as an outpatient, 22 years ago.
